E-comm has acquired the license of Value-added Telecom Service in Shanghai, China( Series Number: 沪B1.B2-20060197), True-Star has been investing on the self-owned network, and already set up the advanced network for Value-added service .
The PoP of E-comm is on the 7th floor of CITIC PLAZA, CISCO 12012 and CISCO 12008 have been adopted as the core routers, these core routers connect to China Telecom, China Netcom and other China primary telecom carriers by GE port, the dual Routers policy provides backup and redundancy.
