How to evaluate the normal connection of the network
Self evaluation process, after setting the IP address, customer can use PING in the DOS window.S The procedure as below:
Enter run-run-input cmd or command then the DOS window show up.In the DOS window, input, PING XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, then enter, XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is any website or the gateway address of E-comm.a）If bytes=** time <*ms TTL=** shows up, it means the network is OK.
b）If request timed out shows up, it means the network is not OK.
How to test the Network down and unstable by customer self
The phenomenon of trouble: IE is not working for internet exploring. The procedure of self evaluation
Try to ping the gateway of E-commIf it works, then the network is OK.a）PING 221.133.228.35, if it works, please check the network configuration including LAN IP address setting, IE configuration and firewall.
b) If it would not work, please type IP address in the IE, if it works with IP address, please adopt the DNS address: 221.133.228.51.
If PING do not work, please check whether the network equipment has problems, like lose connection, WAN card problem or cable dropping.Call 8009880988 the toll free number, E-comm professional will testing the connection from outside.If network is down,E-comm will assign engineer to do on site survey.
