The reliable power supply also depends on the emergent Diesel engine system. We have adopted Concord Diesel Engine of 264KVA. It has quick response, advanced controllability and stable power supply and other advantages. The diesel engine will be able to start to work within 10 seconds after the electrical power supply has problem and keep the stable performance, meanwhile the power will be transferred to UPS via ATS, so the UPS can reply on the diesel engine instead of the electrical power supply, by this means, the power supply of our datacenter could be protected to run smoothly without stops.
Our Data Center was equipped with 1000 KG of Diesel for the possible emergency, it can support 20 hours of performing and the diesel can be added automatically till the power supply recover. In order to meet the requirement of anti-fire, the storage of Diesel is independent with the power room.
